Unresolved 'dispute'
I am a general practitioner operating my business from home. Unfortunately I made a payment to my account only after due date and in a hurry, inadvertently made the payment to my previous practice's account. After my lines were locked, I contacted Telkom on 22 January, but could only manage to speak to someone after several calls and much frustration. The re-allocation of the payment would have taken 48 hours (! - very different from other companies like Vodacom for instance), but to no avail.
The phones indeed worked on Thursday, 25 January 2018, coincidentally my theatre day! On Friday, 26 January the phones once again were locked! The same route was followed - you CANNOT speak to anyone! Only voice recordings with messages 'line suspended, call...'.. I even tried to register my line on Telkom's website and logged an incident - nothing of that even displays this morning!
HOW DO YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND GET THINGS SORTED? THE SITUATION IS COMPROMISING MY BUSINESS AND PATIENTS THAT DO ARRIVE ARE DISSATISFIED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE SITUATION! I AM ACTUALLY IN A PROFESSION TO HELP PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY...
I need to have this sorted today!
Good Day
