Unresolved complaint

The last time I was on this site is 5 months ago. I am back here and I find myself having to complain about the same service provider. This is the only platform to which they react, unfortunately. <br> <br> Subsequent to my previous complaint, the contract was cancelled and the modem collected. The contract was nullified and struck off the roll.
