Unresolved but Closed ticket - Still without Service!

No service to date. Fault logged on Thursday the 16th, no call backs no status update. Ref. no. ***9. I have called the customer contact center with long waiting periods only to have my calls dropped when I eventually get through. the previous contact agent asked that the phone with sim be charged and tried and that no technician will be sent out. The sim card phone also does not work. But got an sms to confirm the ticket is resolved.
