unreplaced fault for 3months and this affecting my business

i have been waiting for Telkom to fix my line for 3 months and they keep on sending bills for the line rental while they have not fixed the lined .This is affecting my income as this is a bushiness line. Telkom is TERRIBLE ,TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE
