Unreliable Service and Infrastructure

I have logged numerous queries over a period of a couple months, and I am still struggling with the same issues.

I have been battling for months now with a poor connection speeds, constant line drops, loss in packages transferred, line out of sync etc.

Telkom has come out on previous occasions, and closed the call without fixing the root cause. They simply reset the ports or line, and call it a day. After a day or 2 I am back to having all my issues.

I have recently borrowed a neighbor's router and purchased a brand new one to test all my equipment. This made no difference to the issues I am experiencing. Can you please escalate the matter.
