Unreliable service

<p>I placed an order on line from Telkom for a 15GB router that was on special. After placjnf an order I received an SMS that says ''Dear customer, thank you for contacting us on www.telkom.co.za. Please be aware that Telkom will contact you from ********** within the next 48 hours with regard to your online request. Regards, Telkom Online Team.'' To date I have not received a call. I called the number on the SMS and it keeps on ringing until it hang up. I called several times to make follow up and my calls were not answered</p>
