Unreliable & Pathetic Service

I am finding it very hard to understand how a company like Telkom is still in business. I have recently moved my companies internet and telephone services across to Telkom and since the begining the service has been pathetic!!!

The internet is so unreliable and the phone lines are even worse. How can Telkom sell me service that does not work properly!!!
