Unreliable business

You guys are such a horrible network to work with... First you guys over charged my mom and today her wifi has been disconnected when we call you guys you don't give the option to talk to a consultant... My mother had been having this battle with you guys for the past 3 day... You guys don't care about your customers and have very poor communication skill including your consultants if you listen back to the recording with your consultants you guys would actually know
