Unreliable & breach of contract!

Unreliable promises! After 3 month's numerous calls, e-mails, and empty promises (going on to month 4). My account is still billed incorrectly – also, I was promised a 10 meg line, uncapped (supposed to be R649.00 p/m) – the average speed on this line does not even reach 1 meg!!

False promises, and 3 months later, I still did not get a contract – I have a requested the voice recording, which was not sent to me either.

This line need to be cancelled asap without any penalty fees, as Telkom is in breach of contract!!

And Telkom, you tried to convince me that I was not sold this and my subscription is more than mentioned: I happen to have a voice recording of this conversation. I have enough proof to win a legal battle - so please, save yourself the cost and frustration, and CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! I am no longer interested in dealing with your company. And also, i will not be liable for any pre-cancellation penalties, as TELKOM IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT.

I hoped that it could have been resolved before taking it to Hellopeter and potential other media - but i do not get any reaction from you, only false promises (with reference numbers) that my contract is now sorted!
