UNRELIABLE

I got two contracts in February 2020, and went to a Telkom store to change my debit order details. In May my services were written off without any 20 days notice as it stated on the contract, I then followed up but didn’t get any help since my account is ha fed over to the attorneys, I asked the consultant for the attorney’s contact details for a payment arrangement which he wasn’t able to assist due to not having any details of the attorney’s that are handling my account. I am now sitting with an arrears amount of R40222 while my contact is only 7 months old. I’m very disappointed at the service I got from Telkom and bridging the contract of not informing me 20 days before writing off my account
