Unreliable and the worst

Telkom is the worst Mobile Operator to deal with. I logged a case on the 20th Nov. Even now i haven't been assisted or at least someone calling me and give me an update and their turn around time is 72hours.

Iv been calling them this week and they said is that they will escalate. 16 days later still calling n they are telling me they will escalate still.

Its not the first time i have problems and i regret taking a contract with them.

The first time i bought a phone online. This very same phone and they took more than 3 months to deliver
