UNRELIABLE

<p>On the 8 of April 2017 i app**** for a mobile phone deal with Telkom Mobile. To date i havent had a sibgle piece of correspondence from any one....bare in mind that this is now almost 10 workibg days after i have submited my application.</p> <p>Today.. 19 April 2017 I contacted the customer care department and requested them to put me through to the necessary department so that i may enquire about what is happening with my application. Once i eventually got through to the sales department the agent advised me....with no appology....that the application has not yet been processed....after an SMS from telkom them selces advised me that it would take a maximum sof 7 working days for it to be processed.....she then advised me that she would put through the information and guaranteed me that somone would contact me imediately once i have hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 3 hours and no one has contacted me on this regard....i find this most disturbing as i am a new customer....and to top it off no one was able to provide me with a reference number all i have to go on is my ID ********** 191089.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED.</p>
