Unreliable

<p>Once again Telkom has let me down as a customer. My landline has been down for a week and 2 days. This happened two months ago as well. After logging a call on their website they simply just close the call without confirming if the line is working. Received a call from a technician claiming he came out to check the problem but never did. <br />The lies and slow response is shocking!</p> <p>Reference number 461CRK151016 and ********** 43</p>
