Unreasonable rejection fee with bad service

Telkom are *******, your instalment can be just R100 but they'll charge you a rejection fee of R202.70, you can pay for another two months with this amount just imagine, they'll never tell you this when you sign up for the contract so basically they are making a profit from us while serving us with bad service and no full information. Disgusting!!?
