Unreasonable Charge

Unreasonable Charge - Debit Order Rejection Fee. A mishap with my bank resulted in Telkom's debit order for R200 being returned unpaid. I received my statement yesterday Telkom has included another debit order and it included an amount of R200.94 as areas, this is ridiculous. According to me I never agreed on this exorbitant fee in a contract and this is not stipulated in the contract that I signed. I logged the complaint last month no one contacted me.
