Unreachable, phone rings and cuts off

It's been a month now that I'm trying to return my package. Telkom can't assist , they keep on transferring my call to someone that can't assist. I can't get through to sell direct for them to cancel and fetch my parcel. I'm just going to drop it off at my nearest telkom branch and they can sort out the rest!!!!
