Unreachable network, not user friendly

You cannot easily contact Telkom Consultant says they are transferring you but just drops the call You key in numbers as per collection and says incorrect number

Went to the store and no care for clients waited thirty minutes and left

All I am doing is trying to change a debit order date. But the sales people will call you all day to take new deals

Telkom you are not easily reachable and extremely frustrating. Non of the consultants helped in store or via the phone
