unproffessional,poor service and rude agents

i am highly disappointed by the service i received with this business,i have changed my account number due to ***** that was done in my current bank account when i called to update the details with Telkom the agent was very rude, seemed very uninterested and told me they don't accept banks that are not 3 months old ,which is weird because it is still with the same bank, she said,"i should count ten days before debit date to pay manually" worst service i have ever received no alternatives whatsoever, very unprofessional behavior and poor customer retention skills.

clearly this company does not value their customers, because no one advised me this when i opened this contract and i should just see for myself.
