Unproffessional services

Disguisting service i received from TelkomSA, my lines were suspended without any communication and when i called in they said they've sent an sms to a land line number though they have 5 of my numbers which 4 of those i am contracted with them and 1 is my primary number. Apparently they tried to debit on a day that we did not agree upon and there were no funds in my account, subsequent to that they never notified me and when they debited on the agreed date it went through. 4 days after they debited my account they suspended my lines and they say i must wait for 7 days yet 2 of the agents told me i should wait for 24 hours for my lines to be restored. These is so unproffessional for all that transpired
