UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM CONTACT CENTER

Worst experience ever, failed to be assisted with the non connectivity of the WiFIfor a whole week, and all I was requesting was an explanation if there was a network fault or technical fault, only to be rudely advised to visit the Branch in order to be assisted, no care to listen to my query and advise properly for someone who is a customer with just a general query.
