Unprofessionalism and no service

I have app**** for an ADSL line with Telkom on the 15'Th of September, up until now it was not installed. Two appointments were made whereby the Telkom technician did not pitch and not giving any feedback. Tried to escalate to the customer care number, but no answer. Using the online Chat works, but they escalate it every time and no feedback provided afterwards. At this stage it looks like Telkom just do not care, very unprofessional and service appalling.
