Unprofessionalism and incompetence of Telkom

I'm so disappointed by Telkom. My debit order details were changed because a Capitec consultant sent a request for my banking details to be changed from Standard Bank to Capitec. I called telkom and told them that, that request was not correct and I'm not changing banks, therefore they should continue debiting from my Standard Bank account. The consultant that was assisting me said the banking details were changed. To my surprise Telkom debited from my Capitec account and because there was no money in that account the debit order bounced. On Monday 12 August 2019 I received an sms that I should pay R292.63 as my account is owing. I called Telkom to arrange for a debit on my Standard Bank account but the lady that was assisting said I can make a manual payment because they can't debit now since my debit order date is the last day of the month. She sent me the Telkom's banking details via sms. I made an electronic transfer. the next day 15 August my account was debited by Telkom an amount of R306.25. When I called they told that my transfer had not reflected as yet on their system and it's their billing department that made the debit order. Today 16 August again my account is debited with R306.25 by Telkom. Everytime you call Telkom the consultants tell you a different story and they blame the previous consultant that I spoke to. Telkom is so unprofessional and ***********. Worse they tell me that they will charge me R200 and something for the debit order that bounced. Are the consultants not trained to give customers full information and not get surprised when an account is debited twice after doing and electronic transfer. They don't even inform me that they going to debit my account they just debit without my knowledge.
