Unprofessionalism and incompetence of TELKOM

Good day. To whom this concern. My name is Juandre Viviers and I have been a client of Telkom for many years. Sadly this is not the case anymore. Mondo Telkom has sold me a ******* contract by law and in violation with the consumer protection act. A wifi modem deal was sold to me via the phone after the operator said I have coverage and it will work in my area. Now that was either a lie or a fatale mistake due to incompetence. I was charged over R300 for 1gig....because it was roaming. There is no coverage in Herm**** Western cape. I cancelled the contract and lodged a dispute. Telkom still deducted that money from me and I had to reverse it at my bank and pay a reversal fee. Nonetheless I still paid Telkom for my cellphone and laptop that has nothing to do with this Mondo telkom nonsense. My cellphone line got suspended after I paid what I was obviously liable for. This is so pathetic of Telkom. Their policies and procedures is not up to world class standards. NOW HOW CAN TELKOM FORCE PAYMENT FROM A CLIENT WHO LAWFULLY REFUSE TO PAY FOR A ******* AND NOT WORKING CONTACT/DEAL... There for I cancelled my cellphone and laptop contracts because I paid what I was liable for but still got suspended. How the #$&@ does that wor****!!!!!! Telkom can claim their loss from Mondo and right my contracts off cost to company because this is what happens when you treat clients like dirt. I am shocked that Telkom can break their own services contract ... suspend my line... expect me to pay for a ******* thing... and not be held liable for their own mess!? Because of this my credit score also got hurt.... and I am only 25 and had a very good score. Telkom can go burn down to the ground. A business that operates on principles like these should never be a approved service provider.
