Unprofessionalism and careless with personal information

I dont appreciate unprofessionalism and careless. Yesterday I want to one of stores in walmer park shop center. I was assisted by one of consultants, by the name of Namhla. She is the one who opened the contract for me. And I noticed when I got home the sim card was not registered. I took time out of my busy schedule and I Want back to the store this morning to sort it out. Out to my surprise I saw my personal particulars lying around and not attended. I find this very careless. And according to POPIA should my details be used for anything that I'm not aware of. I would take legal actions. I've never experienced any problems with telkom before. But this was totally unacceptable
