Unprofessionalism and a No-care attitude at Telkom in dealing with clients

I have been without my telkomsa.net email facility for more than a week now (today being 2024/05/13) (Although it sometimes works periodically for a 3-4 minute period) The standard answer to my queries is that "The technicians are working on the problem" which I have to say is a lame excuse in extremis! The fact is that I run a business from, and on that account and since I can't access or reply to my Telkom emails I had to revert to a Gmail account, which, to say the very least, is extremely unprofessional. The icing on the cake however is that the Telkom call center employee that I talked to this morning (@ about 11:15) just ended the call whilst I was trying to determine how long the repairs would take! The unprofessionalism is staggering to say the very least!!
