Unprofessionalism

In October I was retrenched and because of this I cannot afford extra expenses. My line has been disconnected because of none payment. I would to settle the account cause I can't afford it right now. I'm trying to contact Telkom and the agent informed me that a cancelation cannot be made as my line has been disconnected. So how does Telkom operate cause I cannot afford to have a bad credit rating because of this. It's festive and I'm trying to settle all accounts that I have with the money I received from my profident fund cause I don't want to misuse money and still be left with debt hanging over me. I don't have much right now but I don't want debt.
