Unprofessional, unsatisfying SERVICE!

Adsl line not installed after 4days Deposit payed Received a notice that line would be installed today betwewn 08:00 & 16:00! But guess what. Another promise not met by Telkom. This is very unsatisfying! Received a sms @ 17:00 saying this: Dear Customer, a Telkom technician has been dispatched to install your telephone line for your order ( ********** 03) today. Your continued support is appreciated. Regards, Telkom. But did not receive any service! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
