Unprofessional telkom

Absolutely disgusting service. I took out a month to month contract with telkom. Gave them a 30 day notice as per contract in august. It is now october contract still opened and they still billing me . No feedback from them and when u call them the matter is still pending. One of there employees even called me as a customer a ****. Disgusting will never again deal with or advise anyone to deal with telkom.
