Telkom cancelled my contact without any explanation , after 7 days of battling with Telkom luckily someone spotted that my 2 lines have actually been closed . The Team lead by the name of Boitumelo Kwapeng logged an incident ref *** for my lines to be opened sadly she is not giving me any update about the status of this incident.
