Unprofessional services by Tekom.

I apply for a laptop deal which was approved on the 20th July. I was told I will receive my laptop with accessories within 7 working days. Then they deduct an amount of R449-00. This was done easily and quickly by Tekom without a problem. It is now nearly 3 weeks later and they told me they did not even start proses the deal. I was told some one will phone me next week, not today, next week to make an exuse, not to deliver my laptop. I only hear apologies but nothing to state how to address the problem and to give something extra for me for the poor unprofessional services given to me.
