Unprofessional services

Today I visited Telkom store im Cresta. I asking if I will be able to get assistance and only to find out after waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes that I can not be assisted. They store manager was not even friendly and didn't have time for me as a customer. I am really disappointed in the service I got from Telkom store. I had to wait for just because of lack of communication after I asked several times.
