Unprofessional service of Telkom Sales Team

Telkom: Connie Gounden and her team sold me a Fibre Contract deal of R699 and they told me they will waiver my existing Smart Boradband contract for cancellation once the Fibre deal is active. I've signed up for the deal and it was active in October. Unfortunately they didn't honour their end of the deal, now I'm being billed for 2 contracts. The contact number the used to call me with is unavailable and Telkom call center is not helpful either.I'm frustrated by this and I don't know whta else to do.
