Unprofessional service

Telkom you have installed the wrong package for us and you acknowledge this but yiu have been send me pilaar to post in rectifying this. I app**** for Adsl uncapped wifi forR 399 and you gave me the R199.Only upon asking about the calls offer which goes with the package i initially asked for then im told about the wrong package i was given, now everone is sending me ti this department and back no one is giving me a solution to this... Please i asked that you make contacts with me asap too rectify this as im really not happy with this! For once do something right the first, alot of negativety when telkom is involved.....
