Unprofessional service by Telkom SA

I had a very bad experience with Telkom SA. I app**** for an INTERNET deal that they had advertised. They made me send my paperwork - bank statements, proof of residency, payslips etc. I took my time doing all this. I followed up on my application many times until I gave up. They never had the decency to let me know if my application was unsuccessful or what. And it wasn't the first time they did this to me.
