Unprofessional service

I'm very disappointed to Telkom SA Bloemfontein Lochlogan branch. I went there to do sim swap the lady who helped me told me that since my sim card is suspended they are unable to help me they have to call IT person and the IT person did not answer the phone then I was told to return on Monday. When I arrived in the office I decided to call their call centre. The lady who assisted me told me that those people were lying as they can activate my account and the problem is she can unsuspend my numberbut the person who stole my phone can use that sim card and I will pay the usage that I did not use since that is a contract sim card I have to go back to that office again and ask them to activate it or call them while I'm in the office so that they can activate it. I just came from hospital now doing major operation I don't have time to go up and down or play with Telkom people really and I need to use my data as I'm paying for it
