Unprofessional service

I am really disappointed in telkom's courier company. I have been waiting for my parcel since last week Thursday.

Everyday I wake up to an sms that they will deliver. I have been calling CourierIT everyday and no one seems to help. I get different excuses everyday. The 1st excuse was that they cannot locate my address and cannot reach me when they call me. I told them that the address that is on their system is correct and I have never received a missed call from them on both my contact numbers. I called again and I was pleased to be informed that my parcels have not been loaded to the driver even if they said so. I called again yesterday, same story but this time am told that they have one parcel so they still waiting for the second one. I have been in contact with the manager by the name of Sumaya. She's very rude and not helpful.

Telkom you definitely need to review your partnership with CourierIT. Useless courier company. I cannot be waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks now.
