Unprofessional Service

My account is still suspended even though I paid the money I owe,I tried to show them the money was debited by sending a bank statement. When I call them they keep on promising me that my issue will be resolved within 24hrs and now it's already passed 72hrs; I also tried calling today but they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I need help because I paid them six months money of which I owed due to lockdown and company being liquidated.
