Unprofessional service
It has been 72 hours (3days) since I app**** for a landline so that I can get internet, but have heard nothing back. Supposedly I should've received a confirmation email but have also not received that. Really poor and unprofessional service...

I would love to give you the order number but we have not even received that...
We have been contacted twice to be told that we would receive an order number within three days but nothing has happened yet. This was on the 2nd of July. You guys are robbing us, taking as long as you want when it comes to delivering the service that people are prepared to pay, even when it's an unreasonable amount.
The contract is on my father's name and getting hold of him every single damn time to give his details is ridiculous, you guys have gotten the information twice, firstly through the online application for a landline rental and the second time when we got notified that we will receive an order number and then the technician will be at the location within 5 days.
