Unprofessional service

I have done my upgrade and the new contract on the 17 April 2023, I have been following up with the sales after everything was captured on the system and they told me that both my application approved and need to wait for 10 days for delivery.

No one called me , I kept calling them everyday for a follow up and I was told same stories that there is no stock for the colour preference I requested for, I then asked them to change to the available colours they have in hand, only the new contract was done and the phone was delivered on the 01 June 2023 after the colour change.

To me its does not make sense that new contract was done and upgrade cannot be done,

I spoke to Nomfundo from kzn she is very rude, unwilling to listen, ready to hang up, her etiquette is not profesional I have been online with her for an hour now and she is not willing to assist at all this is not acceptable and needs to be dealt with immediately.
