Unprofessional service

<p>Since my last review on hello peter I still haven't received any clarification from Telkom to cancel my contract. I spoke to 2 supervisors named Njabulo Duma and Bongumusa Si***ane and no one can give me an answer on my progress on my cancellation and why it is not sorted out yet. They even informed me that my case has been closed without my knowledge. I am struggling to cope with incompetence. PLEASE HELP!!!</p>
