Unprofessional service

<p>My fiance took a phone on contract on my behalf, first issue we had after opening up a contract we we billed for two contracts for few months and we used to phone almost everyday to get the matter sorted but it took the months to resolve it. recently we received a statement showing we owe the R2295.17, whilst the phone and insurance amount to R249, well the rest of amount is for termination penalty of which we are unaware of. we have 4 contract we them, when they end we will never again open up one with these people, service is horrible, been trying to phone them , no one is available to assist in their customer care cline. we highly regret giving our business to them</p>
