Unprofessional Service

<p>We deal with Telkom on several occasions as we have many accounts with them. Every time we visit the Mokopane branch, they are so rude to the clients. They never greet friendly, and you feel unwelcome and as if you are wasting THEIR time to be assisted with regards to a problem THEY could not resolve, or are the cause of the problem. When you walk out of there, you actually feel exhausted and so irritated because they are of no assistance. This has been a problem for many months as this is NOT the first time we complain about customer service. We don't expect from the Mokopane Branch to come running towards us with open arms when we enter, but a little smile can't be that much of an effort.</p>
