Unprofessional red flags Telkom

I am still very upset with telkom since I have been trying to contact them regarding my payments no1 is able to answer me and they don't even bother to contact me back I have called their customer care and collections enquiring about the account but telkom o the customer care are not taking me seriously now am from the offices still no answer how unprofessional the big brand name telkom am so disappointed with them they don't take their customers seriously at all 😡😡😡😡😡
