Unprofessional, Pathetic, Terrible and Insulting service from Telkom

<p>I have send the below complaint to Telkom ********** ********** and ********** on the 12 July 2017 and still no feedback?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Good day<br /> <br />Telkom landline: ********** <br />Email: ********** />Cell number: ********** <br />Alternative number: ********** <br />Work number: ********** <br />Account number: ********** 13395<br /> <br />I received a statement on the 11/07/2017 from Telkom Billing Department advising me that my balance<br />is R710.60 which is absolutely absurd!! I contacted the call centre billing department this morning 12/07/2017<br />at 11:43 and spoke to the consultant Neliswa Rosemary Ngesi who provided me with the attached statement.<br /> <br />This is what I am being billed for but don’t have;<br /> <br />1. DSL Fastest Bundle R372.81<br />2. Home uncapped 10mbps R583.51<br /> <br />Now for the 3rd time, I have a 4mbps / ADSL line with Mweb and a line rental with Telkom. I DO NOT have a 10mbps<br />line with Telkom so why am I being billed again for the 10mbps line????? I had to paid Telkom last week R1150<br />for the 10mbps line because according to you people the account was in arrears but no one came to install a 10mbps<br />line which in my opinion is ********** !!!!!<br /> <br />This is now the 3rd complaint letter I have send and I see that the previous 2 disputes was POINTLESS. I am tired of<br />explaining myself to Telkom like a parrot, therefore I am now taking Telkom to the OMBUDSMAN.<br /> <br />I would appreciate it if Mr Sipho Maseko can get back to me asap.<br /> <br />Regards<br />Zaynodean</p>
