Unprofessional online chat agent!

I went in the app to chat to one of the agents and was connected to Nompumelelo Monica Msomi, who immediately after I sent what my query was about, ended the conversation and logged out! If it was an issue with the system or connection, nobody has tried calling me back to explain this. I find it rude that without my query being resolved I am logged off and ignored in this unprofessional manner.
