Unprofessional , No customer serive

Worst customer service ever! I open up a contact with them last year November. The sales rep added mobile insurance with out my knowledge and I could never cancel it! NO ONE would assist me and would refer me the other departments until it completed a circle. I gave up and decided I will just pay the extra for insurance even if it was against my satisfactions. Today I call telkom to try cancel it as I wont be using the phone again the refer me to insurance number. I call them and they tell me they have NO POLICY for the phone meanwhile I have been paying R152.25 for 8 months. No one will help resolve this issue! They can cancel it because it doesnt exist to them and refer me to do run arounds . I did not make the mistake why must I run around for 5 hours a day trying to resolve things when no one will help!Rather go to other providers even if you have to pay more.
