Unprofessional manner of handling complaints

I bought a laptop from them which was defective they asked that i send it to their warranty guys instead of exchanging it and the warranty guys are requesting that i pay half the price of the laptop or else I wont get my laptop back.<br> I've called the store a million times and get no assistance, Ive called telkom head office , they cant offer any assistance cause 8ta is a franchise and they have no idea who owns it. Im fed up very irate with the whole saga, Ive even reported them NCC.. the store manager keeps telling me, he cant find my emails, they not even answering my calls anymore and I JUST WANT THEM TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK
