Unprofessional Manager

Went in to telkom to inquire about an account, had the ID, the account statement for the account holder, even phoned the account holder and the manager Balumkile Ndlela from Welkom branch acted extremely poorly and flat out refused to speak to the account holder and she doesn't stay in welkom so she asked me to enquire on her behalf because we sisters, the manager asked me to move out from the cue and continued to help other customers, I don't know if it's because I'm white but she acted extermly unprofessional towards me, this was during my lunch hour and I didn't even have time to eat because I spent my whole hour in telkom trying to get assistance, I'm very appalled by the customers service at Welkom Branch and I left without being helped.
