Unprofessional customer service

My mother and I went to the Telkom outlet at Clearwater Mall (on the 8th of Feb) to fill in a few documents and the customer service was seriously unprofessional. The person assisting us was on a personal call from the minute we sat down to fill in the document. We tried asking for clarity on some of the wifi routers but she seemed impatient and annoyed. She then asked one of her co-workers to take over because she was too busy on her phone call. Her customer service was disappointing and unprofessional.
