UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SERVICE

Telkom Legal department is unprofessional. I am guilty of not paying my bill because I was not receiving an income. When I got paid I payed twice and called cell c. I can hold daily for half an hour with no answer. I went to the Telkom shop twice and they could not help either. Now my cell no is deactivated permanently after 15 years with cell c. I still want my no back but no response from cell c.
